At Wheelsmart, we take pride in offering reliable and well-inspected vehicles to our valued customers. Every vehicle sold is thoroughly assessed to meet our quality standards. As a policy, all vehicle sales are final, and returns are accepted only under specific conditions outlined below.
1. No Return After Final Sale
Once a vehicle (new or pre-owned) is sold and delivered, the sale is considered final. Wheelsmart does not entertain returns due to:
- Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
- Preference for a different model or variant
- Minor cosmetic concerns on pre-owned vehicles
- Delays in third-party services (e.g., RTO, finance, or insurance)
2. Exceptional Return Circumstances
A return may be considered only in rare, exceptional cases, such as:
- Wrong Vehicle Delivered
If the vehicle delivered is not the one mentioned in the final invoice (incorrect model, color, or variant). - Undisclosed Major Mechanical Defect
If a critical mechanical defect is identified within 24 hours of delivery that was not disclosed or evident during sale and significantly impacts vehicle safety or functionality.
3. Return Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return under the above exceptions:
- You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.
- The vehicle must not have been used beyond basic inspection or short test rides.
- The vehicle must remain unaltered, undamaged, and in the same condition as delivered.
- Valid proof (images/videos/inspection reports) must be submitted to support the claim.
4. Return Process
If your case meets the above criteria:

Submit supporting documents, photos, or videos showing the issue clearly. - Inspection by Wheelsmart
Our technical team will inspect and validate your claim. - Approval and Refund
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed as per the original payment method, within 7–10 business days.
Note: Refunds will exclude any third-party processing, insurance, registration, or documentation fees already incurred.
